Surprise Hit Snack – Rice Cakes

Since daddy is a big snack eater in this house, I often have trouble convincing my kids to choose healthier alternatives to daddy’s not so healthy potato chips. This year I kinda got tired and insisted on packing better snacks for school lunch whether they like it or not. I figure, they either eat it or go hungry – I know, I know, but hey, didn’t they say it takes 7 – 8 exposures to a food before they will eat it? Furthermore, if I’m always giving them choices which include less healthy alternatives we’re not going to move ahead.

For many people, a steaming cup of espresso is the one and only thing that can effectively help them get their morning off to a good start and give them that burst of energy they need to get out the door and on the way to the office.
