Chicken In Stewed Tomatoes With Cheesy Rice
Thursday, May 15th, 2008Here’s a real quick, complete and nutritious meal you can make for your family. Prep time only took me about 30 minutes but cook time (because my chicken was pretty frozen) took an hour.
Entree - Chicken With Stewed Tomatoe And Peppers
What:
- 1 Green Pepper
- About 4 lbs chicken (5 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 pack of spaghetti sauce seasoning
How:
- Pre-heat oven to 350F
- Dice the green pepper, set aside
- Mix stewed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce seasoning
- In a large baking dish, place chicken pieces
