Here’s one for you moms who need to whip up an emergency dinner. Although I run my own business from home, many days I get so caught up with work that the dinner prep hour sneaks up on me. Last night for example was one of them. I only had 1 hour before hubs got home so I quickly whipped this up.

Ingredients

  1. 3 pieces of chicken breasts (it was semi frozen too! LOL)
  2. Oil
  3. Durkee Grill Creations Smoky Mesquite Seasoning (I always have some kind of grill seasoning at hand)
