		<description>LOL, Lyn.  I had that &quot;duh!&quot; moment too when I came across that little tip somewhere a while back.  And true enough, it made quite a difference in the taste of the raisins.  I think that it should be done for all dried fruits that will be used in baking - dried apricots, dried cranberries, dried dates.</description>
