I’ve had several starts and stops to meal planning but so far this is my 2nd week back on the wagon. So far so good. I think I’ve planned out a pretty yummy week in total, a nice mix of western and Asian style foods. Here’s what we’re having this week. Some of them the kiddos have never tried so I hope it’ll go well. I’ll also try to enter my recipes each day as well.

Monday - Easy Italian Stew

Tuesday - Slow Cooker Orange Chicken, Spicy Baked Shrimp and Rice

Wednesday - Chicken Parmesan Bundles

Thursday - Slow Cooker Tex - Mex Chicken

Friday - Oven Toasted Deli Sandwiches

Saturday - Sweet/Sour Chicken

I normally don’t cook on Saturday but I’m putting in one dish on Saturday (just in case). If it doesn’t get done, then I’ll move it on to Monday next week. Sounds like a good plan. Notice the two slow cooker dishes? Dunno how I’ll do at them, don’t slow cooker a lot because we have an older cooker where you can’t take the bowl out of the cooker which makes cleaning a hassled. This week will be the ultimate test.

What are you having this week - do you know?
